- Email address (optional, for notifications)
- Full name (provided during deals)
- Bank account details (for seller payouts)
- Transaction data (deals, amounts, status)
- Device and usage data (for security)
2. How we use your information
- To process and protect your transactions
- To send SMS notifications about your deals
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud
- To resolve disputes between parties
- To comply with Nigerian law and regulations
3. Who we share data with
- Paystack: payment processing (Paystack Privacy Policy)
- Termii: SMS delivery
- Brevo: email delivery
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data with advertisers. We may share data with law enforcement when legally required.
4. Data security
Your data is stored in Supabase (cloud database) with encryption at rest and in transit. Bank details are stored encrypted.
We use Row Level Security — you can only access your own data.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Paystack — we never store card details.
5. Your rights
You may request:
- A copy of your personal data
- Deletion of your account and data
- Correction of inaccurate information

SafeHold uses only essential cookies for:
